Refund policy
All sales are final. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email Doug@floggers.com with photos within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or refund at our discretion.
Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, contact us at Doug@floggers.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
