FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Orders & Shipping
Is my purchase discreet?
Yes, completely. All orders ship in plain, unmarked boxes with no indication of contents. Your billing statement will show a discreet merchant name — not Floggers.com or anything BDSM-related.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days from Puyallup, Washington. Domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries. International delivery times vary by destination — generally 7–21 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in their country.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us at Doug@floggers.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.
Products & Materials
What materials do you use?
Our floggers use genuine leather falls — suede, cowhide, and deerskin depending on the piece. Handles are wrapped in premium leather or finished with rubber grip. Chain floggers use stainless steel beaded chain. All materials are selected for durability, feel, and safety.
What's the difference between thud and sting?
Thud is a deep, heavy sensation — produced by wide, heavy leather falls like suede or thick cowhide. Sting is a sharper, more surface-level sensation from thinner falls like deerskin or rubber. Most of our product listings describe the sensation profile to help you choose.
Are your products safe for impact play?
Yes — when used properly. All our pieces are designed with safe impact play in mind. We recommend reading our blog for guidance on technique, warm-up, and communication before use. Avoid striking the spine, kidneys, tailbone, and joints.
Do you make custom pieces?
Yes. We love custom work. Email Doug@floggers.com with what you have in mind — handle style, fall material, length, and color preferences. Custom orders typically take 2–4 weeks depending on complexity.
Care & Maintenance
How do I clean my leather flogger?
Wipe down leather falls with a damp cloth after use. For deeper cleaning, use a mild leather cleaner. Avoid soaking or submerging in water. Allow to air dry completely away from direct heat or sunlight.
Should I condition the leather?
Yes — once or twice a year depending on use. A good leather conditioner (like Leather Honey or Chamberlain's) keeps the falls supple, prevents cracking, and extends the life of the piece significantly. Apply a thin coat and buff gently.
How should I store my flogger?
Hang it or lay it flat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid storing in plastic bags — leather needs to breathe. A cloth bag or open shelf works well.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email Doug@floggers.com with photos within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace or refund damaged or incorrect orders — just reach out and we'll make it right.
